How do I register a patient?
Go to Patients → New patient. Fill in name, ID, birth date and phone. In the "Contact" tab add email and address (ZIP auto-fills city/state). For insurance, use the "Insurance" tab.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Schedule menu. Filter by doctor/specialty and click an open slot (green). Select patient, unit, room and insurance. The patient receives an email/WhatsApp notification if configured.
How do I call a patient from the queue to a room?
On the Queue screen, click "Call" next to the patient and pick a room. Appears on the waiting-room TV with a voice announcing name and room.
How do I fill a prescription?
Inside the consultation, "Documents and exams" tab → Issue document → Prescription. Pick a template, adjust the text and click Sign (if you have digital signature) or Print.
How do I lock the record for myself only?
On the consultation or record screen, click "Record privacy" (padlock below the clock). Enable "Lock" — only you and explicitly shared doctors can see it.
Can patients access the portal on their own?
Yes. In the patient profile, "Patient portal" tab, click "Grant access". The system generates a one-time numeric password. The patient signs in at /login-paciente with ID + that password.
How do physician payouts work?
"Physician payouts" menu. Monthly the system computes: completed consultations × doctor percentage → amount due. Closing the payout creates a payable entry.
How do I open a ticket in the Customer Portal?
Go to caresuite.com.br/painel, sign in with your license key and click "New ticket". The team replies in the panel and via email.
I forgot my password. How do I recover?
On the login screen click "Forgot my password". Enter your email and follow the link. Links expire within a few hours for security.
